The bulk of the collection is a group of appraisal ledgers based on 1968 valuations of company property and equipment.

This collection contains informational pamphlets and newsletters from the national Rails-To-Trails Conservancy and Georgia Rails Into Trails Society (G.R.I.T.S.). Additionally, there is a 1941 survey created by the Coal Producers Committee for Smoke Abatement during Roy LeCraw’s half term as Mayor of Atlanta that documents the problem of coal smoke in the city.
