This collection contains photographs of the interior and exterior of General John B. Gordon's residence, Sutherland, in the Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia, taken by commercial photographer Fred L. Howe (1857-1903) in approximately 1895. Knollwood estate contract

This collection contains two copies (the original and a photocopy) of the 1929 contract for Knollwood between William H. Kiser and Hentz, Adler & Shutze.
