This collection contains correspondence, brochures, advertising material, and other documents relating to residential and commercial real estate in Fulton County, Henry County, and DeKalb County. Also included are resumes, letters of recommendation, and business cards.
Kenneth F. Murrah Georgia peach farm crate labels
This collection contains peach crate labels printed in color from Georgia peach farms and their growers, many of which no longer exist. Labels include company name, grower, and location. Labels depict images of peaches, farm logos, and slogans, an early form of advertisting for market and grocery shoppers. Of special interest is a label from Pearson Farm, a 5th generation peach orchard that was first planted in 1885.

Kirkpatrick family papers
This collection contains personal letters written by and to the Kirkpatrick family, mainly Nettie Kirkpatrick and her sister Keren Kirkpatrick Lindley. Also included are many death notices for the immediate Kirkpatrick family. Tax records from the 1860s are included. Bill of sales for several slaves are also included. There are several newspaper clippings on various subjects along with several books and pamphlets.

This collection consists of two ledger books used by Kiser, Moore, Draper and Company from 1893-1896 and 1904-1933.
Kitty Anderson papers
This collection contains many theater playbills from around the country, with the majority being from New York, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia. Also included in the collection is business, financial, and personal correspondence regarding various organizations with which she was involved. In addition, there are newspaper clippings and schedules of performances of artists in Atlanta (opera, violin, etc.) from 1918 to 1921.

Knollwood estate contract
This collection contains two copies (the original and a photocopy) of the 1929 contract for Knollwood between William H. Kiser and Hentz, Adler & Shutze. The contract contains general conditions for a uniform contract of the American Institute of Architects as well as general specifications for the house, electrical, and plumbing.
Knox Griffin papers
This collection documents Knox Griffin's work, accolades, and personal life. It contains two business ledgers which detail financial transactions for the homes he designed in Atlanta, Georgia, between 1955 and 1967. Materials also include his marriage certificate, passport, Kentucky Colonel certificate, and poems.
