This collection contains a property and financial records of William and Eva Richards of Atlanta, Georgia, including a Fulton County land indenture for land lot 107 in the 17th district; the will of Rachael Francis who lists William Richards as a beneficiary; promissory notes, and a warranty deed.
William Everhart Cunningham diaries
The collection contains two diaries written by William Everhart Cunningham. In his entries he describes his participation in various sports at the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA), his sister's move to Agnes Scott College, and his reaction to his father's death in 1908. Also included in the collection is a postcard from his father.

Chase, including photographs from the awards ceremony of the 31st Annual Golf Tournament held at the Capitol City Country Club and images of club members. Of special interest is a photograph of the Warlick Building on Peachtree Street which was located directly across the street from the Flatiron Building (also known as the English American Building).
