Atlanta Urban Design Commission visual arts materials
Carl J. Weinmeister hotel guestbook and naturalization papers
This collection contains the guestbook from Hotel Weinmeister that documents the name, residence, time, and room of each guest staying at the hotel between 1898 and 1921. Also a part of the collection is a copy of Carl J. Weinmeister's 1874 naturalization papers, which he signed at the Fulton Superior Court in Atlanta as part of his United States citizenship application.
Cecil Rentz letter
This collection contains one letter addressed from Edna to Cecil Rentz, postmarked 1931, written on Henry Grady Hotel stationary. It describes a vacation in Atlanta.

Florence W. Brine manuscripts
This collection contains three manuscripts: "Arrogant Atlanta" retells a British newspaper account of a visit to Atlanta around 1880; "Atlanta's Heart" discusses the building of the Georgia Railroad Depot in 1864 and the activities of the Beethoven Society which was located in the building; and "David Howard" a profile of a former enslaved man and his entrepreneurial activities in post-bellum Atlanta.

This collection primarily contains ground rent receipts as well as some records pertaining to the original Kimball House.
Henry Grady Hotel records
This collection contains one guest register book and two time books. The guest register book, titled "Information Book & Transient Guests Index," is arranged alphabetically by the last name of the guest and includes room number, arrival date, departure date, and account number. The time books include the names of the employees, days worked and absent, total time worked in days, advances and deductions, and balance due.
H.J. Carr & Co. photographs and postcard
This collection contains photos of commercial buildings, including hotels, office buildings, parking garages, a theatre, manufacturing buildings, a YMCA, educational facilities and railroad facilities. The architects involved on these construction projects include G. Lloyd Preacher, Ivey & Crook, and Neel Reid. Photographers include Edgar Orr, Rogers & Farmer, Fishbaugh & Lee, Francis E. Price, and Reeves Studio.
