The collection contains a hand written funeral invitation for Lieutenant D. C. Colley who served in Company G, 61st Regiment, Georgia Volunteer Infantry. According to Mr. Colley's great-niece the invitation was shown door-to-door on a silver plate by a servant.

This collection contains minute books, reports, treasurer's records, membership lists, correspondence, annual histories, a scrapbook, and other materials that document the activities of the club. Also included is Volume 1, Number 1, of The American Monthly, a DAR publication. Of particular interest is a visitor's register from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Building at the Atlanta Cotton States and International Exposition in 1895.

Of interest are photographs pertaining to Davis as an aviator and his early days of commercial flying.
