This collection contains a reprint of James Forman's 1969 speech "The Black Manifesto," in which he calls for reparations to African Americans from white Christian churches. Also included is a pamphlet published by the American Council of Christian Churches defaming James Forman, and an order form for more relevant literature.

This collection contains documents pertaining to Andrew J. Young's candidacy in the 1972 Georgia Congressional election. These documents include ephemera promoting Young such as mailings, pamphlets, and bumper stickers; materials outlining his political positions; a pamphlet about the general voting process; a biography; a copy of the Andrew Young Campaigner; and a list of voters in favor of and leaning towards Young.

This collection contains biographical questionnaires of women active in the Civil Rights Movement in Atlanta gathered by the Black Women's Coalition of Atlanta; a program and lists.

The collection is comprised of eleven interviews, transcript of each interview (edited and unedited), original audio recordings for each interview, and a CD access copy of each. The interviews with Billy Jones and Ginny Boyd are part of the Maria Helena Dolan collection (1999.142)

This collection contains a transcript of Aubrey Williams' speech, "The Failure of Gradualism" that that he presented in Atlanta, Georgia, before the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity, a historically Black fraternity. In the speech, Williams calls for a united stand against States' Rights Democratic Party, commonly called Dixiecrat, politicians and white supremacists and argues against a gradualist approach to desegregation.

This collection contains digital images taken by Chris Mastin of the March for Science Atlanta, the Martin Luther King Jr. March and Rally in Atlanta, and the Women's March on Washington. Photographs in this collection depict protesters holding signs and marching in downtown Atlanta and Washington D.C. The Women's March on Washington photographs also include images of protesters traveling on a charter bus from Atlanta to Washington, D.C.

Eliza Jones accumulated this collection to document the genealogy of her extended families as well that of her husband, Waldo Jones. Materials include correspondence that documents her daily life and views, financial records, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, and diaries. The collection also contains papers from her and Waldo Jones's extended family. Families represented include the Woolford, Grant, Slaton, Harris, Fitz-Randolph, Martin, Waldo, Winslow, Felder, and Jackson families.

This typewritten biography was written by Elizabeth Harris Kester’s daughter, Rebecca Harris Cofer, and details Kester’s involvement in the civil rights movement in Atlanta. The biography provides some insight into the spiritual and religious underpinnings of Kester’s beliefs.

This collection contains correspondence, newspaper clippings, financial statements, and legal documents of the Equal Suffrage Party of Georgia. Of particular note is the charter certified by Arnold Broyles, a clerk for the Superior Court of Fulton County. Also included are checks and checkbooks from The Lowry National Bank, as well as a ledger and cash book.

This collection contains financial, membership, and organizational papers that document the operations of Fourth Tuesday, Inc. Records include board meeting minutes and notes, event plans, bank statements, budgets, receipts, checkbooks, membership lists, newsletters, incorporation records, bylaws, and brochures.
