Of special note are two photographs of a post-World War I parade of Georgia troops marching down Peachtree Street and 2 images of Captain Connally in Nice, France, after the Armistice.

Walter Newman letters

These letters from Walter Newman of Atlanta, Georgia were written from Cambridge, Massachusetts after World War I. He wrote to his mother about his discharge from the Army and to his brother Edward. He writes of his life in the military and about his desire that Edward escort his fiance in his absence.

Way family documents

This collection contains a certificate from Georgia Tech verifying the enrollment of Harold Way, a 1906 yearbook from Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he graduated, and a letter granting commission to him as a Captain in the United States Army in 1918. Also included is a certificate from the American Red Cross belonging to Jeannette Way, Harold's wife.
