Hulsey Yard change over book

Scope and Contents

This collection contains one change over book from Hulsey Yard containing dates, train numbers, codes, timestamps, and notes. Each page is dated and contains a list of written codes with timestamps and small notes attached such as “caught fire,” “not loading,” and “out of water.” Each day spans two pages. At the bottom of the left hand pages are more written codes with notes attached related to the train maintenance, such as “burned wiring,” “eng. change,” and “wheel change.”
