This collection is comprised of original negatives, copy prints, and copy negatives created by Bill Wilson and other artists and photographers, whose works were collected by Wilson. The collection offers important documentation on a wide variety of personalities, events, and geographic locations both in Atlanta and throughout Georgia. Most of the material is captured on acetate film and color transparencies.

This collection contains images of early 20th century terminal stations, railroad yards, and freight stations located in the Atlanta area. Negatives include views of the Inman transfer railroad yards; the Madison Avenue freight station; the Decatur Street freight station; and the North Avenue automobile terminal. Of interest are background views of the Southern Railway office building.
