Scope and Content This collection consists of a book entitled “Album of Love,” which contains 16 hand-written poems of love and remembrance for Margaret Catherine Baker Love, written by friends and family members during her attendance at the Atlanta Female Institute. The book was dedicated by her teacher at the Institute, A. G. Thomas. There is also a poem, “To the Memory of Her I Love,” written by Catherine’s husband after her death, dated 20 April, 1882.
