This collection contains informational documents for international visitors and their integration into American society; correspondence concerning international visitors; Council by-laws, membership lists, meeting minutes, and background information; newsletters and newspaper clippings from The Atlanta Constitution andOdyssey International; and research documents tracking international influence on Atlanta.

Scope and Content This collection contains images of two council meetings: a meeting held at McElreath Hall of the Atlanta Historical Society (later named Atlanta History Center) and a regional conference of the Southern Council on International and Public Affairs in Charleston, South Carolina. Images taken at McElreath Hall highlight Secretary of State Henry Kissinger's address to the Southern Council.
