This collection consists of a list of casualties suffered by the 23rd Alabama Volunteer Infantry between May 7, 1864, and September 10, 1864, while engaged in combat at several locations in Georgia including Rocky Face Ridge, Resaca, New Hope Church, Marietta, Kennesaw Mountain, and Jonesboro.
