The collection contains the proposal and construction specifications for the J. P. Allen & Company store building located at 215 Peachtree Street NE in Atlanta, Georgia. The index documents the general conditions, heating, plumbing, and electrical work of the building, as well as other aspects in the construction process. Two addenda provide a list of changes and omissions to the original plans.
