This collection contains a draft photocopy of Bower's regional survey, "Fences in the Landscape of the Northeast Georgia Mountains" prepared while she worked as a preservation planner for the Georgia Mountains Area Planning and Development Commission (later Georgia Mountains Regional Commission).
