Administrative/Biographical History
The Junior Flower Show Association of Atlanta, Georgia was comprised of ten member Atlanta garden clubs and organized in 1941 with the purpose of hosting an annual flower show. The association was governed by elected officers such as president and vice president with each position represented by each member club. The association was a member of The Garden Club of Georgia, Inc. and hosted their annual convention in Atlanta in 1955. The association's proceeds from the flower shows benefited the civic projects of the each of the member clubs.
