Biographical/ Historical

John Cladwell Burdette Sr.(1869-1947) was born in Atlanta, Georgia and married Julia Lacroix Burdette (1893-1963), of Louisiana, in January 1918. They had two children, John Cladwell Burdette Jr.(1918-2004) and Olga May Burdette(1920-1950). The family lived in Los Angeles,California and John C. Burdette Sr. worked as a porter and Julia worked as a laundress.
