Westbrook family ration books
Scope and Content
The collection contains eight World War II ration books belonging to members of the Westbrook family. There are two ration books for each family member: William Love Westbrook, Margaret Stone Westbrook, William Lawrence Westbrook, and Charles Holt Westbrook. Half of the books were signed by Margaret Westbrook.

Administrative/Biographical History
William Love Westbrook (1898-1988) was born in Amite County, Mississippi, to William "Willie" Otis Westbrook (1875-1931) and Prudence "Prudie" Gardner Westbrook (1877-1966). Margaret Stone Westbrook (1911-1987) was born in Macon, Georgia, to Charles Oliver Stone (1866-1928) and Adeline Corbin Stone (1875-1937). William and Margaret married after the death of William's first wife, Mary Hamilton Westbrook (1900-1933). They moved to Columbus, Georgia, and had two children: William Lawrence Westbrook (1939-?) and Charles Holt Westbrook, Sr. (1943-2013).
