This collection contains personal and professional documents from Helen K. Allen's life. Included are a ticket stub from the Atlanta Food Show, a Stone Mountain donation stub, and a booklet commemorating ten years of the Fourth National Bank of Atlanta. The collection also includes a receipt from Davison-Paxon-Stokes Co., a letter from Belding-Heminway-Corticelli regarding the re-stocking of a textile machine, an order form for Myron E. Freeman & Bro. jewelers, and a ledger recording pearl stringings.

Administrative/Biographical History
Helen Frances Kenady Allen (1982-1987) was born to native Georgian John Graham Kenady (1846-1913) and Scottish immigrant Ella Fleming Kenady (1851-1892). She was the youngest of her four siblings, Flemsey (1888-?), Fred (1884-1947), and Grace (1881-1930). In 1918, she married Howard Hamilton Allen (1885-1954) and they had one daughter, Betty J. Allen (1924-). Additional biographical information about Helen Allen has not been determined.
