Administrative/Biographical History

Orion Frazee (1843-1916) was born in New York to sculptor John Frazee (1790-1852) and his second wife Lydia Frazee (1815-1896). Orion Frazee was also a sculptor as well as an art critic and wrote columns for The American and The Criterion. He married Margaret DuRie (1850-1907) in 1882; the couple lived in Atlanta between 1885 and 1894.
