Administrative/Biographical History

Belle Rogers (1885-1964) was born in Jackson County, Georgia. She married Charles W. McConnell (1879-1940) and they had one daughter, Edyth (1910-1994). Belle McConnell worked as a teacher in the Atlanta Public School System from 1905-1950, tutoring deaf and hard-of-hearing-children. Additional biographical information about Belle McConnell has not been determined.
