They had three children: Berryman Edwards Woodruff III (b. 1947); William Lee Woodruff (b. 1950); Nancy Byrd Woodruff (b. 1956). Berryman Edwards Woodruff, Jr. married Laura Wood McGrath (b. November 1, 1929) on August 16, 1964 and divorced her on January 3, 1972. Berryman Edwards Woodruff, III married Carol Lee Carman on June 20, 1970. Additional biographical information about Berryman Edwards Woodruff, Jr. has not been determined.
