Administrative/Biographical History
E. Earl Patton, Jr. (1927-2011), a native of Atlanta, Georgia, married Mary Louise Morris, with whom he had three children, in 1949. He served in the navy during World War II and in Korea. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1949. He served two terms in the Georgia State Senate starting in 1969.
