Administrative/Biographical History

The Gender Identity Amendment is an expansion made to the Bill of Rights of the Charter of the City of Atlanta, to add color, age, gender identity, and disability to the nondiscrimination provision. The amendment was signed by Mayor Bill Campbell on March 14, 2000.
