Administrative/Biographical History
Seydel-Woolley & Company was founded on May 20, 1937 by Paul B. Seydel, B. R. Woolley, M. W. Seydel, and Vasser Woolley. Located in Fulton County, Georgia, the company operated as a manufacturing chemist, and buyer and seller of chemicals, mill supplies, machinery, and equipment. In 1941, Paul Vasser Seydel and John R. Seydel were admitted into the partnership. By 1980, the company had become a division of AZS Corporation.
