Administrative/Biographical History

The Brookwood Hills Garden Club of Atlanta, Georgia was organized in 1938 to "aid the promotion of mutual interest in the preservation and beautification of this subdivision, to create good fellowship in encouraging interest in plant life, and the art of arranging and cultivating flowers." The club is governed by elected officers such as president, vice-president, and treasurer. The club is a member of The Garden Club of Georgia, Inc. and the Fulton County Federation of Garden Clubs.
