Scope and Content

This collection contains an itemized listing of money spent on Mrs. Hermione W. Stevens property at 1599 West Paces Ferry Road in northwest Atlanta, Georgia. Included are the cost of the land, the drilling of the well, the original cost of the house and the cost of various changes made to the house. Joe Walker was the contractor on the house and made several of the later changes.
