Scope and Content

This series contains drawings and sketches drawn by Philip T. Shutze. This series encompasses a wide array of subject matter including Greek mythology, flowers, furniture, and a variety of design motifs. There are drawings of camellia flowers, a favorite of Shutze's. There are also various designs of furniture and wallpaper. Also included are designs for Shutze's personal bookplates and a sketch for his family's tombstone.
