This series includes camera ready art, records of account executives, advertising invoice records, advertisment rates and sales, the Southline Press, Inc. media kit, proposals, sales commissions, and sales meeting notes. The camera ready art is from outside vendors printed in Southline and refers to graphics and text that have been prepared for publication. Some examples of Southline's in-house advertisements are also included. These advertisements are arranged alphabetically according to vendor name, with the exception of advertisements used in two special issues: the business guide and the entertainment guide.
