The properties were known as the Davis property and sold to W.T. Grant Realty Corporation. Also included are Oscar S. Davis' University of Georgia mementos, including 1884-1894 commencement programs, advertisements for a lecture, an 1888 class album, list of members and officers of his sophomore class, and copies of the The University Reporter, July 1887-June 1888.
