This series contains financial records from 1967 to 1992 including audits, budgets, general ledgers, tax returns, financial statements and reports, and other financial information. In addition to CAP financial information, the records document the financial status of Park Central Communities, Inc., a for-profit entity created by CAP in 1973 to promote the development of new middle and upper income housing with an economic mix, and the Central Area Job Placement Center, a job placement program for homeless persons.
