Scope and Contents
These papers document the professional and personal lives of members of the Glenn family. Included are records of Atlanta businessman William Harper Glenn, such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, annual reports for Georgia Railway Company, financial transactions, invitations, pamphlets, and documents pertaining to organizations and clubs of which Glenn was a member. Also included are papers of William "Billy" Harper Glenn Jr., John "Jack" Fitten Glenn, his wife Anne Amanda Alston Glenn, and their son Alston Glenn. Document types include correspondence, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, travel plans, and itineraries. Glenn family genealogy research and publications are also found in this series.
