Scope and Contents This collection contains documents written and collected by Raymond Rosenfeld during his doctoral studies at Emory University and his work at the Community Council of the Atlanta Area, Inc. (CCAA). The bulk of the documents from CCAA are reports and evaluations conducted by the Research Evaluation Center on social services in Atlanta.
