Of particular note are recorded interviews with three members of the Smith family: Leroy Wingate (the uncle of Dorothy Smith Allen), Dorothy Smith Allen, and Robert Stuart Allen. The interviews detail growing up in Georgia during the Great Depression.

Warranty and indenture deeds describe title transfers of land in the 14th District of Fulton County, land lots 46, 51, 77, 85, and 117 where David Smith owned property beginning in the 1880s.
