Scope and Contents of the Records
This collection is comprised of original negatives, copy prints, and copy negatives created by Bill Wilson and other artists and photographers, whose works were collected by Wilson. The collection offers important documentation on a wide variety of personalities, events, and geographic locations both in Atlanta and throughout Georgia. Most of the material is captured on acetate film and color transparencies.

This collection contains photographs and films pertaining to the personal and political life of Charles Longstreet Weltner. The bulk of the material included are photographs from Charles Weltner's campaigns for Congress and Mayor of Atlanta, promotional photographs of Weltner in office at Capitol Hill, and events he attended primarily while serving in congress. The collection also captures Weltner with prominent figures of federal and state governments such as Ivan Earnest Allen Jr....

This collection contains a letter to L. Robert Scott from New York Governor Franklin Delano Roosevelt about seeing him at the commencement at Oglethorpe University at which Roosevelt was to be the speaker. The collection also contains an unidentified print of a drawing of a park sidewalk scene.
