The majority of this collection includes monthly invoices, bills and other financial transactions initiated by Sarah Tucker after the death of her husband, Henry Holcombe Tucker. Almost all of the transactions involved businesses in downtown Atlanta. The collection provides insight into the lifestyle and monthly financial responsibilities of a wealthy widow in Atlanta during the 1890s.
