This collection consists of correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, memoranda, and committee reports that Frances D. Green (1910-?) collected from O.A.S.I.S. and H.O.P.E. Included in the files are O.A.S.I.S. articles of association, by-laws, handwritten meeting notes, correspondence, and membership lists.
