Sterling Price Gilbert was a justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia from 1916 until his retirement in 1936. Prior to that, he was a Superior Court Justice. He was responsible for the revision of the Code of Georgia. He was the author of a number of works, chiefly on leading figures in his profession. His son, Price, Jr., was advertising manager of the Coca-Cola Company for a number of years. S. P. Gilbert was born in 1862 and died in 1951. He was married to Sarah Louise Redding.
This collection contains correspondence, genealogical information, and business records of Sterling Price Gilbert and his son, Price Gilbert.
