Administrative/Biographical History
Atlanta Federation of Women's Clubs was organized in 1898 and federated in 1899. The mission of the Federation was "to bring into communication with one another the various women's organizations of this city, that they may compare methods of work and become mutally helpful and thru federation grow to be a unit of power in all humanitarian work."
